Wehrle + Partner (w+p) is a retained executive recruiting firm based in Shanghai. Established in 2006 we fill senior business and functional positions all over China with Chinese and international candidates. Our clients are mainly headquartered in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and other Western countries. They come from a broad range of industries producing capital equipment, industrial components, high-end consumer goods and other complex products and services. We utilize proven headhunting procedures and tools characterized by customer intimacy, high familiarity with Chinese and Western culture and a rigorous selection process.
Our work is based on pre-payment and exclusivity only.
w+p has seven permanently employed consultants and is fully licensed by the Shanghai Municipal Human Resource Bureau.
